What are my chances for Yale?
I'm of the school, and I really think I have a good chance of being admitted to an institution Ivy League. Currently, my average is 3.8333 and my ACT score is 32. I'm not sure if it reviews each of its sub-section of results, but this is what I have: English-36 (perfect score) Math-33 Reading-32 Science-28 This cumulative score is 99th percentile. Also during the beginning of my first year in high school, founded a club called the Club financial investment per pupil in my school. I am also the current president and have been for the past two years. I have also been an active volunteer in one year the Hospital weekly from the first year. I'm in the nation honors society at my school and I actively participate in the temple and teach my youth group on a weekly basis. I have to apply soon so please let me know! Thanks
I think it would be a bad idea to implement. However, let me say that Ivy League institutions (especially in places like Harvard and Yale) that seeks above and beyond. What nobody else has done? Depending on what the admissions essay is, you really have to make them see that they are beyond academics. They want the people who have lived life and have experiences under his belt. Goodluck!
