ucla teaching award
can I get into UCLA MBA Program?

Can I get into UCLA MBA program with these credentials:
1-3 years of industry experience in civil engineering as a project manager
2-phD in civil engineering+2 Masters one civil and one mechanical all from University of southern California
3-3 years of research and teaching experience at USC .
4- Graduate GPA for masters 4/4 for phD 3.96/4
5-undergraduate education back in Iran GPA=3/4
6-several academic awards and scholarships
I have not taken GMAT but I think I can do reasonably well in GMAT test.
Now I am getting paid about 80,000 I think UCLA MBA’s are getting paid over 120,000

You really need to take the GMAT, if you take the GMAT and get above 700 I think you have a shot.

Spend lots of time on your essays and have a very very clear career goal. Business school is more than academics though, you need to have outside interests (like volunteering, sports, etc etc). They look for well rounded and balanced candidates.
