I found the MAED program through the University of Phoenix and made sure my dreams would come true now. I work in the degree of his house, which is an advantage since I am a USMC wife and mother of three. I'm hearing that this program may not correspond to the individual needs of state education, because is supposed to be designed for students who already have a degree in education. From what I'm hearing, those without a degree of education seeking certification education must go MAT, or the Master of Arts in Teaching. Does anyone have any experience with UOP MAED program? This would be cheaper to attend Harvard than it would cost to attend UOP. Seriously. All for a teacher pay ... if you can really afford Harvard, is not I'd like your title there? Do not jump unless you know for sure. Call your states licensing board teachers and know with certainty what their needs are. A State problems will not require you to get all the "new" level of teaching for those who already have college degrees. The master's program sounds like UOP a program for teachers who want to be managers (such as principals and superintendents, not teachers).
