Health and Yoga Therapy
The World Health Organization defines health as a state of complete physical, mental and social, rather than being a mere lack of

The disease is defined as any imbalance in any of the three lower sheaths of existence. The consciousness of the ego, which focuses on the Self, which predominates in the physical, vital and pods of the mind.
