Could become a guitar teacher?
I've been playing guitar now for a year or two and now I have said (not to brag) that I am a quick study. This summer, want some form of income, no matter how little, but I have enough free time to work somewhere like a store movies or the supermarket. So the only way I can think is aa teach people how to play guitar. I do not know much theory, but I know enough chords, scales, and songs. I want to teach, but I think people are turned off at the idea of leaving a 16 (almost 17) years of age who has been playing nearly two years teaching them. However, I only charged $ 5 per half hour and $ 10 for an hour. And here's a video I made about a month ago: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZwYWMQ99BQ So you think you would have the opportunity to make a little money teaching?
Honestly? No. mean, I think your good and all, and play Suck My Kiss OK, but the teaching? people serious about learning the guitar is looking a bit more than that. But you may be able to find some friends who can teach you a specific song for $ 10 or something. He can announce, "Learn any song for only $ 10!" Perhaps some people interested. But keep playing and learning theory. In a few years, I could probably get a lot of students and charge much more for the experience, even earning a living ..
