Is reading a good habit?
It is said that people do not read enough.Not a lot of people read.Some blame the system, but I think that school is only a complement. Reading must start at home, making the children receive it, read stories, sitting down in your lap and enjoy a good book together. A book is much more than an object left on dusty shelves. We must teach our children the habit of reading, observing, feeling and living the books.Reading should necesity be a human, such as laughing or recommend dreaming.I as a source of knowledge and pleasure. (Excuse my mistakes, English is not my spoken language) Any idea on this subject? Can you tell me your age when you reply, and also their nationality? Thank you!
I am in my 70 `s, English and read my first book when I was 8yrs old and have been hooked ever since. I read in an average of 2 books a week, as they have been removed. I made sure that my children could read at the moment they are 6yrs old. I think when you can read a book that unlocks the world and everything that `s in it. What you don `t know you can always find looking at things. I feel very sorry by people who can not read. I think a lot more effort must be made at the school for all children can enjoy what reading can give.
