I am a school teacher, also co-teacher to another math teacher in the classroom. I have a question ...?
We are teaching our 2 nd year (2 male teachers who are fully dedicated to their work) for the year 2008-2009. I feel we have the potential to be the best at what we do on a daily basis (Speaks / teaches, gives students' questions and have to respond with my floating room helping and I will talk / teaching to give students the same question but different words to come to expect those who do not understand the first time and they float around the room ...) My question is I want to know if a school or program out there where I could earn my degree as a specialist with the rank of being the Co-teaching in the classroom and learn more about strategies for this?
At my school, teachers who majored in special education are seen as methods or specialists in strategy, while regular education teachers are specialists in the room content. Maybe you want to look into special education?
