How do you explain the influence of philosophies, communism, confusicism, and taoism? ?
I'm doing an essay about two paths i'll have to make a decision whenever it is wise to follow the crowd or my path. I answered that i would rather to follow my own path (this is included for thesis statement) I explained that my father is very philosophy guy and he taught me many lessons based on Taoism, Greek philosophies, Communism, and Confusicism.
The sentence i'm going to say that these lessons are commonly about the morals of rely on myself instead of others..well it's hard to explain..but if you guys know what im talking about? like..explaining how these really benefits for me and what they are purposes to teach what?
P.S. Sorry about my English grammar is bad because it's not my first language but i am learning it

It is wise to know the truth and become knowledgeable about a belief. One can make his own judgment about the merit of each belief, and the practice of such belief.
