Need a name for the new treatment program for childhood obesity.?
I need a name for a treatment program for childhood obesity. The children will be between 8 and 13 years of age. We work with families not only obese children. There will be a pediatrician, 2 dietitians (including home visits), public health nutritionist, a physiotherapist, 2 psychologists, a social worker, a representative of the Department of Recreation of the city, a pediatric nurse, We so individual and group counseling with ties to the community. The program format is not yet completed but we hope to start slow and keep it small for anything now we need a positive name that stigma away from typical obesity. The children have serious problems of self esteem and not like children and families to feel worse for being associated with a program to identify further. We will assess the health, teaching parenting skills, dealing with self esteem issues, teach basic nutrition. The work will focus on healthy eating, active lifestyle, not dieting. We will give them the tools to stay healthy.
