It is to be a middle school teacher more difficult to teach in elementary school?
It really depends on you as a teacher. There are different aspects to each class and each teacher is different. Some teachers love to teach elementary school, and others have difficulty teaching the younger children. Same with middle school. For example, I love early childhood. I love teaching in a Pre-K or K-class I do not mind having to tie shoes, or more management utitilize classrooms because some children are at school for the first time. I love that age because they are inquisitive and curious and do not hate school yet. Try everything possible to fostering a love of reading and to begin teaching the basics about letters and sounds, and when you click and begin to read or do creative spelling is the best time for both you as a teacher and student. I love doing messy projects, writing letters to the shaving cream, etc. If you put me in the lounge of a party upper elementary or middle school classroom would not be able to teach, and I would be very far outside my comfort zone. It can also happen to versa. Therefore, the best you can do if your school is considering spending time with different age groups, have an idea of what your most comfortable. See if you can do something to observe or volunteer in some schools (if in your school or college you can talk to your counselor, you may be able to help you organize him). Good luck!
