Fluency instruction?

I am in the elementary education program at my school. I will give a mini lesson in fluidity. I use readers theater, but I'm not exactly sure how to plan my lesson. It must be about 30 minutes. I think I found a couple of scripts off PBS Zoom. I really just want to know if you have any idea to introduce readers theater and what might be some follow-up? Thanks for the help!

Model of what a good speaker would do when reading a play. (Using an expressive voice, with good volume, and reading at a steady rate) Give children time to read their parts over and over again, that's the whole point of fluency. To follow up that could have a sheet of understanding or the boys say how for good performance.
