teaching diversity in the classroom

Any teachers here? .. I have questions and need your help please?
I have to write an article about teachers who teach to kindergartens and if someone who does could answer these questions, it would be very useful! Thanks! 1. What are the teacher's job in the classroom? 2. What results and goals you have for your students? 3. When and why did you become a teacher? 4. Why did you choose this grade level? 5. What knowledge, skills and dispositions it believes are necessary to be a good teacher? 6. What are the biggest challenges we face in this profession today? 7. What role do parents and the community as a classroom 8. What are some examples of how to interact with other professionals in your work? 9. How to incorporate diversity in the classroom? 10. What advice would you give to future teachers
1. What are the jobs of the teacher in the classroom? I make out lesson plans that follow our state frameworks and district pacing guides. I gather materials for these lessons -- worksheets, manipulatives, etc. that maintain order and discipline Amond 20 students. I have a duty bus and car once a week. I hold parent conferences and teachers. I teach my students in reading, writing, spelling, math, science and socialization. 2. What results and goals you have for your students? I have specific objectives for each subject for each day we are in school. 3. When and why become a teacher? I love education, I love the knowledge and learning. Working with children is rewarding. I wanted a career where I could make a difference and what better way is there? 4. Why did you choose this grade level? My freshman year in college, I was offered a position as kindergarten and reluctantly accepted! Now I love and they want no other age group. Children pre-primary are still so eager to learn. They are exposed to school for the first time. The seeds are planted in reality in this age group. Sometimes come to know. Dejan to read, write, add and talk like real people! 5. What knowledge, skills and dispositions it believes are necessary to be a good teacher? Knowledge the topic area, of course. You can not teach something I do not understand. Patience is required. Dedication, ambition, teamwork, organization, and firmness mixed with compassion! 6. What are the biggest challenges we face in this profession today? Keeping up with the highest standards the state and nation have in kindergarten. Kindergarten is now what used to be the first degree. Some parents tend to get angry with the teachers that their child is having to do so at a young age, when in reality they are not ours. It's hard to look at these 5 years of age "babies" and expect them to sit still, work so hard and take standardized tests. 7. What role do parents and the community as a classroom without the support of my parents, I am nothing. Parents are involved in my classroom and I hope to reinforce learning and discipline at home, too. I work very closely with my parents to help them in everything we can and to sure I know who consider us a team. 8. What are some examples of how to interact with other professionals in their work? My grade level meets weekly to gather materials for the next week and plan. We have monthly meetings of the faculty. We have an email system that we keep in touch. 9. How to incorporate diversity into the classroom? My students are all different. We talked about the different interests, cultures, traditions, etc. I use diversity meaning many different things. We do holidays units around the world, food from different cultures, schools in different countries, and families. 10. What your advice to future teachers. Get ready because it is not as easy as you think!
