Is this a little over the top?
Last Friday I missed my son's father / teaching conference (something you have never done it before). Excusses excusses but we have had is a lot going on lately. We just moved here another country and not know anyone who cares for children, while gone. My husband had to work late tonight, so I had nobody to stay with the children to attend the conference. I had no way of Ahold's teacher, either as conference time was after hours. The next morning, when the school was open, I called the office and left him a voicemail apologizing. Of Anyway, I wonder if it's a little over the top to bake cookies it as an extension of my apalogy ..... I'm from the U.S. and just moved to Canada, and I'm sure you're thinking ... "that damned Yankee "...... What is your opinion?
"You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar ok. "I am a parent and have worked in the school system and your phone call was a good idea. You probably could have been expected when doing something else. Al bake cookies and talk to him and let him know what's going on with you. You could say one way to communicate with him in cases like that in the future. Remember, this type can make yours and your child's life into a nightmare so do not get your bad side. Being his father's favorite. Make friends with him and treat him with respect. Let him know you just care about the education of her son and wishes to do the best you can.
