teaching one more one less

Do you think if Sex Ed taught a more detailed description of pregnancy that less kids would be having sex?
I'm just thinking why no one ever tells you about the swelling, hemmorhoids, and sticky discharge panties. It seems like a lot of girls think "awe you're havin' a baby" and in reality I'm in a constant state of breathlessness from blood pressure and I can not even reach my behind to wipe it hardly. I got bits of boogers coming out my coot with specks of blood in them. My belly and behind look like a New York road map. I'm just saying... if they knew the half of what being pregnant was like it wouldn't be "awe".... It'd be "ewe"!
xcst- I have nothing against teen mothers, I had my first son when I was 18 myself. But, I didn't know the half of what I had gotten myself into, and I may have done things differently had I known.
I agree with you 100%. Most girls only know of the cute belly and the little baby kicks and none of the icky nasty stuff that comes along with pregnancy. And although this might get me plenty o' thumbs down, I think schools should be teaching safe sex instead of abstinence. It's obviously not working anymore.
