car accident help about insurance?
I was driving my dads car with an provisional license, and my father with a fll license was beside me teaching. the car is only insured on his name. I was driving down the road and a guy came out of a give way road and hit me on the side. if my father clams the insurance will he get thw full payment since it wasnt my fault when the person hit me
just say your dad was driving if you are caught driving a car with no insurance you will get 6 points on your provisional (it happened to me) i lost my license for a year but still had them on when i passed my test it will be ok if your dad says he was driving...The guy in the other car doesn't know who is who does he..
Also it will be his insurance that pays out not your dads so Good luck with passing your test & i hope this helps
