praxis teaching exam
Have you taken the Praxis II PLT exam and if so, what do you think?

In April, I took the Praxis II: Subject Assessment Test (from multiple-choice and constructed response test items) and it went really well. In about 6 months to a year, I'll be taking the Praxis II PLT exam (Principles Learning and Teaching), and I wondered how hard it was (or not). Some people have said it is incredibly easy, some have said exactly the opposite, so I was wondering what anyone here would say.

The test is definitely not a cake walk, but a lot of people do it to be worse what should be. I went on my first try, but a lot of people I know did not. The main problem that most people have is to waste time during the test. Can not think about their answer, simply do not have time. To answer all the questions, you need to read the case study and start writing everything what he knows about it. You do not have to write an essay on the test. They are not calling his grammar, which are simply rating their knowledge of the subject matter. When I took the test bullets used to answer most of my questions. When I took the test, there was a lot of case studies are based on special education and early childhood classrooms. In addition, multiple-choice questions are inserted into the test. Do not expect that these questions have nothing to do with your essay questions. These are questions for further random test your knowledge. Do not dwell on them, the tests are important and require most of their time. If I were you, I would get a study guide and practice reading and answering the questions in a given amount of time. Also, make sure you know all educational theories. There will be questions that revolve around human growth and development. Make sure you are very familiar with the Taxonomy, too. This will help answer many questions. Hope this helps. Just remember, do not dwell on one question and respond quickly. That is the key. Most people do not because they know the material, not because they finish the test.
