Priestess - Lay Down

How does a pregnant woman lay down without hurting the baby.?

Why is not adviserble for the pregnancy woman to lay down on her back?

Lay on your left side for optimum blood flow to the uterus. The next best position is the right side. You can lay on your back as long as you are comfortable, but it does put pressure on your main artery leading to your heart so it can, doesn't always, but can cause your blood flow to slow depending on how the baby is positioned. Once a pregnant woman gets far enough along, there is no such thing as a comfortable position! I start off sleeping on one of my sides, but almost always end up mostly on my back with a pillow under my belly to support it.

How To Lay Tile -- 5 Tips For A Beautiful Project

You can learn how to lay tile and have quick success.  Ceramic tile installation is a step by step process.  There are several tricks to do a professional job.  But realize that the pros make money with speed and knowing how to tackle most any problem.  Take your time and you can get professional results.  Really getting stated right is half the battle.

Many tile projects fail because of a poor base.  That's because tile and grout crack if applied over a flexible surface.  Your surface over which the tile is applied must be rigid.  Now you can apply tile over all kinds of surfaces, but the surface must be stable.  That's why many pros just start most projects by putting on a cement board layer.  Then comes some planning.

See you really need to visualize where all the tiles will go before that first tile goes down.. That's partly because you want to know where the cut tiles will fit best.  The less visible are the tile cuts, the better.  So plan from the start where the tile will go.

That first tile determines the direction of the tile joints too.  So often it's a good idea to put down some good straight guide boards to get that first row just right.  Once that first row is in place, you just follow that row.

You can keep going straight using tile spacers.  Use regular joint spacers and your joint spacing will be consistent and they'll be amazed at how you kept those joints so even.

Laying dry tile is another way to make sure you are on the right track.  Just lay tiles out in position with no adhesive to see exactly how the tiles will run out at the ends.  Use the tiles spacers and you'll let that dry run show you where you're going.

Planning is the key to a great tile project.  You can learn how to lay tile with a few good books and some practice.  Of course that are a lot of tricky parts to tile laying too.  If you get a chance to watch a pro set tile on a job like yours, go for it.  That's a fast way to learn.

You can get access to video tutorials showing a master installer show how to lay tile on many different projects.
