How does a constructivist to teach? How the research-based learning differs from the traditional model, with?

As constructivist allow students to discover through self-learning same ... to create and learn in the process. Research based learning is similar to that of Socrates and Plato in the Meno. It differs from the traditional model based that there is memory (memorization).
