Can anyone personally recommend a recruiter to find a good job teaching ESL in South Korea?
I am looking for a job in South Korea ESL teaching, and have no direct contacts there. I do not want to take advantage of my work, so if someone can tell me of a recruiter, at least, that is honest and give good job placements, that would be great!
There two that would look. In fact, there is one that I recommend. The first thought that not connected to schools in South Korea. However, if you are qualified (BA and TESL certificate with supervised practice teaching) that have excellent schools (no school crappy chain selling school textbooks made to students by $ 100 or something like that). This is International House, and are a partnership of schools High-language class throughout the world. They have schools in Vietnam, Malaysia and China, if you are interested in those countries. See first link. The second company, which connected to schools in South Korea Footprints Recruiting is called. They have years of practice in Korea in the round that requires only a bachelor degree (not certificate TESL). If you complete the one-year contract will get your airfare reimbursed, and most contracts include accommodation.
