My study book says the following: "It's important to remember that insurance is a BUSINESS. Some people think of insurance as a service that helps people in times of need. Insurance companies operate to produce a PROFIT. Therefore, they want to collect more in premiums than they pay out in claims." Seriously - this is what it says.

Who do you think the insurance companies in the USA are going to care for: the insured or the insurance company?

Both. If they don't care for their bottom line this year, they won't be around to care for the insured next year.

You can't seperate the two.

Companies that don't worry about their bottom line (all companies, not just insurance companies) are called, "Out Of Business".

FWIW, keep in mind that insurance companies pay out in claims, for each dollar taken in:

health - $.99
Homeowners - $.80
auto - $1.15
workers comp - $1.25

So you're NOT looking at huge profits here. Oh, and to compare, government health care - medicaid - pays out about $6 for every $1 taken in, in premiums (the taxpayers subsidize it), but about 80% of it is administrative costs. Private insurers pay closer to 27% in administrative costs.

How Do I Write and Market an E-book?

Well, it’s not much fun writing an e-Book. Let me share the simplest way I found to write and market an e-Book. I "talk" through the e-Book. After scheduling a free teleseminar, I have interested people complete a questionnaire, I'll record the teleseminar, have it transcribed lightly and converted to an easily readable format.

I then list it on ClickBank, send out a few emails and in rolls the money! ClickBank takes care of the affiliates, processing the order and sends me a check every month. It is really that easy!

So now I am "killing two birds with one stone". I am assessing demand before I pour a ton of time and energy into a huge home study course. If the e-Book doesn't sell well, I know the home study course won't sell well either. I am also generating a positive cash flow to help fund my home study course. And I am gathering customers from all around the globe through the hundreds of thousands of ClickBank affiliates who will want to promote my e-Book. Make those three birds instead of two!
